At Mavani, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, we offer exchanges only. Refunds are provided only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must:

  • Be in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at mavaniandco@gmail.com or via the chat feature on our website. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a shipping label for the return.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and, if approved, provide a refund or replacement. Refunds are issued only for items that arrive damaged or defective.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be exchanged, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items or gift cards.
